"Good floor heat, but the thermostat should be easier"
The floor heat itself works just fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part is the thermostat. The menus feel confusing, and setting up a basic schedule took way longer than it should have. For something you use regularly, it should be straightforward without needing to keep pulling out the manual. At this price, I expected a more common-sense design that’s easier to figure out.

I’m not sure if my setup or settings are the issue, so I’d be careful and maybe check the energy use before relying on it too much. For me, it doesn’t feel as cost-saving as I hoped.

I ordered from warmlyyours and everything arrived without any issues, which was already good. But the thing that stuck with me most was the follow up afterward. It just had a really solid feeling to it, like they actually cared that everything was okay.

I checked out WarmlyYours for my project, and the pricing just felt high for what it was. Even the basic stuff started adding up quickly, and once I looked at this and that, it was more than I wanted to spend. It might be good quality and all, but for me the value just didn’t really feel there.

"Pretty easy to install"
I was expecting this to be more of a hassle, but the install went smoothly and the directions were clear enough, the mats laid out without too much fighting with them and even though I had to stop and double check a couple steps here and there it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Once we turned everything on it worked like it was supposed to, so I’m happy with it overall, just taking off one star because it definitely took longer than I thought it would.

I had a wiring question with my floor heat thermostat and was stuck. The instructions weren’t as clear as I expected, which was frustrating because I felt like I was missing something obvious.
I called Warmly Yours support and the guy was really patient, stayed on the phone while I checked a few things, and walked me through it without making me feel dumb. Got it working in the end, so I’d definitely use them again.

I had a problem with my floor heat thermostat after a couple years, and I was already expecting it to turn into one of those annoying warranty situations where you have to explain everything five times and... yeah.
I emailed Warmly Yours with my order info, and they got back to me quickly. They checked the warranty, asked a few basic questions, and helped get a replacement set up without making it feel like a whole ordeal or anything.
Really appreciated how normal the whole thing was. Stuff breaks sometimes, that happens, but they handled it fairly and made it easy. Definitely 5 stars from me.
